Day 14: 182

Pretty impressed at what can happen when I stay consistent. It proved difficult to get up early and exercise, while working five 12 hour shifts a week, but I made sure to get it done no matter what time it was. Missed 1 day of strength training, but still call it a win.

7 lbs to goal weight!! Now to come up with a new challenge!!

Good job! I was where you are about 2 mos ago, so took me awhile but now where I want to be— between 115-116. My goal was to be below 120 but after I got there, I just kept up the same way of eating & slowly lost more, so this weight is even better!
