Day 13: These 60 hour work weeks are rough... Eye on the prize, vacay with my family!!

Jumped this morning before work, over 11k steps today. Fasting. Planned to do my weight lifting routine when I got home from work, but I'm too tired and sore. Drank some sleepy time tea and off to bed. Sleep well!!

Chicago ken, yeah! I try to go to bed early, but when working 12 hour shifts it's hard. Most work nights by the time I get home and ready for bed it's after 10.

I WO 3Xs per week in the summer, 2Xs during school year. I am just too tired to strength train more than that after teaching. Like you, I walk daily at my job. I walk 1.5-2 hours every Sat & Sun. I’ve been on my health journey since Nov 2021 and I’ve learned, for me, nutrition is 80% weight loss. The other stuff is good too. It helps build muscle, which helps the metabolism, but IMO what I put in my mouth matters more.
