Okay so official weigh in today and I've remained the same... so much for losing 1lb a week for the next 8 weeks..

At least I didn't gain after a turbulant week but it does mean some re-calculations need to take place
125.8 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
