Normal Travel to Bermuda Day FEBRUARY 23 2024
Yesterday OMAD/Net Carb 90 Waist 39 ins (M) 115mg/dl. Glucose high. Carbs, stress, and sitting. Been up since 1 am. Caught at 5am. 4 hour ride. I love buss rides. I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
