First day of getting real with this goal. A GOAL WITHOUT A PLAN IS JUST A WISH..... so get to the planning side.
I plan to do the whole 30 no dairy, no grains, no wheat, no alcohol, no potatoes, no sugar, it's so extreme I'm not sure if I can do that again. Today I did have bread rolls. I enjoyed my lunch it kept me full for most of the day.
I have gym group work out tonight at 7.15pm. I plan to go to the gym tomorrow morning to get this mojo happening.
2 x group sessions
watch what I am eating increase healthy foods
do 4 work out session's by myself. Keep it real. fit it in during the morning. :)
My goal is to get rid of 29kgs, I will do this by increasing my exercise, creating a eating regime, eat healthy foods.
Did the group workout.... omg... I am working on strengthening my core muscles. I could hardly do one sit up. I felt stink about that. I stomach is killing me.
