Hi everyone. I was on a brief hiatus to take care of some family issues. I’m back and ready to get back to business and better health. I was eating out and eating more than before. I did not exercise the way I would have liked. I will weigh myself tonight. Starting tomorrow i will be on a 1500 calorie diet. It will go as follows. A day beginning at 8:00 am water. Then breakfast at 9 snack at 11 lunch at 1 snack at 3 dinner ar 5 and snack at 7. The will be healthy non processed foods. I am also starting a challenge, (no sweets for 4 weeks). That will be a challenge but I usually do not crave when I get used to the limited 1500 calories. Later for now!!!
