I've tried a few of those suggestions and found them to be very good. I particularly like the chocolate. I poured it into muffin pans to make wafers and added nuts or extracts to spice it up! added raisins once but the cals were to high. I had to stop using it because my cholesterol went sky high but if it works for you that is great!! :D

Spiritspell, The belief of my likeminded "dieters" is that problems coming from high cholesterol is a myth, along with the high fat myth. Cholesterol is so important to the body, that if it is absent or deficient in the diet you liver produces it by itself. Cholesterol Clarity is a great read if you're interested in learning the new science. ;)
