I was so hungry yesterday and had no time for gym to make matters worse because of work deadlines. Scale was OK though and actually went down a wee bit. Not sure why I am so hungry some days and not other days. Maybe its the weather.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
