Same as Myan. I tried it once and it turned my stomach and I’ve hardly eaten cottage cheese since.

@wifey9707 I love cottage cheese eat it all the time, I do whip it it’s like pudding I add different things and I even add taco seasoning and use it as a dip so good. It’s just when I try the ice cream does not come out good for me.

@Myan…freeze the fruit. It comes out like ice cream every time. I usually have to add a splash (30-40ml, literally a splash) of unsweetened almond milk for it to blend well. I blend it three times for all the cottage cheese clumps to smooth out.

yes, I agree, probably have to add a splash of liquid. maybe something like whipping cream or 1/2 and 1/2?

I have tried that but always found it to be too salty... maybe it is the kind of cottage cheese I buy

@liv001 I finally found a lower sodium cottage cheese so many with 350-420 mg sodium in 1/2 cup I found Breakstones 2%small curd with 280 mg

@StormsGirl yes I always try and find lower sodium in stuff everything even healthy stuff like tempeh if you get the teriyaki it’s like 420 grams ridiculous. So just buying plain now and adding my own seasoning.
