Just added some placeholders for my expected exercise over the next few days. The exercise list here is pretty incomplete but I found a good one at http://www.nutristrategy.com/caloriesburned.htm so I've placed four different types of 'canoeing' onto my exercise list. I'll correct then to reflect what I actually did over the next few days when I return.
