Tho I'm not losing or gaining, remaining stagnant at the moment. I'm not happy at all with my lab values, just found out my cholesterol is thru the roof!🤦♀️😔 I'm no longer looking for a goal to just look good but maintain a more healthy lifestyle, where I don't need to take meds anymore (I'm a nurse that sucks at taking pills🙄🙄) So need to make serious food adjustments.
