I am having a lot of trouble getting back on the wagon. I do so well until the end of the day and then I just binge. I consciously went on a binge run last night. Run meaning a run to 711.

Not to be all nosy up in your business, but if this is happening often, you may need to increase your calories throughout the day, and make sure you're eating enough good fats, fiber, and protein to stay full. Looking at your Diet Calendar, your daily breakdowns seem REALLY low in protein - which will make you feel hungry. Also (granted, the input options aren't really good for noting what time you ate...) if you're only eating 3 meals a day, try adding in 2-3 solid, high fiber snacks. (Baby carrots with a couple tablespoons of natural peanut butter is a big go-to for me, and it's easy to pack to work.) Drinking enough water can help, too - the body isn't good at saying "I'm thirsty" without sounding like "I'm hungry!!"
