Tried eating a scrambled egg this morning and just couldn't do it. I don't like boiled, poached, or fried either. Do any of you wonderful people out there have any suggestions how I can get my weekly egg intake. TIA

I'm sure you could replace it with something else. what are you trying to get out of eating eggs? I enjoy subbing tofu in when I want less eggy taste, fat and calories, the protein difference is negligible to me, and I like that tofu has more fibre and iron. can see more comparisons on tofu vs eggs here https://www.soupersage.com/compare-nutrition/tofu-vs-egg but there might be other substitutions you can make too. forcing yourself to eat a food you don't like for its benefits are gonna lead to a miserable diet, and you're better off combing other whole foods. but I like to sneak egg into stir-fys and creamy bases (soups/pasta sauce) to disguise it. they're also great marinated like they put in ramen, but it can be a lot of sodium and sugar

It depends what you want to fuel your body from the egg... while I was wanting to loose weight someone on here shared about using just egg whites. All of the protein but none of the fat... I use them in two ways, but both involve bacon and lots of veg / salad. Egg, bacon, cheese, tomato and baby spinach on a low cal wrap (400 cal), or an egg, bacon, cheese, cauliflower, capsicum, bean, baby spinach, broccoli scramble - also approx 400 cals (depending on quantity of cheese/bacon). Both with sciracha sauce. I can describe on more detail if you are interested to try 🙂
