Progress. I'm back on the right track. Yesterday I tried to eat as pure as possible. apples, almonds, my usual yogurt, etc. Also I managed to stop myself from eating a whole serving of chocolate which, for me is a feat in itself. When something tastes really good, its hard for me to stop.
