this whole net carbs thing is confusing... how many calories do I deduct when I net them ?

To funny. Net carbs are carbs in food minus fiber=net carbs. I am sure you knew that.

Tare the weight of the net then subtract the weight of the carb then deduct the cals you burned netting. Duh 🙄

In the computer app you can use net carbs for one of your columns but it doesn’t carry to the mobile app. It is interesting to follow.

OTB, you don't need a bigger net for carbs, you need a net made of PLANT FIBERS. Think hemp, cotton, a wicker basket? Plastic can only be deducted if you are eating plastic and overcooked chicken breast.
