okay. Fasting Monday. LET'S GO!

Amped for tomorrow morning/ post fast day work out! Fat burnin! Yah! Fully fasted walking/running sessions are the best :)

I had a gym session today and will have one 2moro in that fully fasted state as well. Have you noticed any increase in your focus when in a fasted state ???

I feel clearer when I'm fasting and working. If I eat lunch during the day, I feel sleepy - even if it's just a salad. Plus, I don't need to sleep as much. I can go to sleep later, have less hours of sleep, and still wake up refreshed. (As long as I don't have coffee too late in the day). and you? more focused? or more hazy?

Definitely more focused, less sleep hours as I sleep late and wake up early but that sleep is good quality sleep. I found that I sometimes might feel a bit hungry at night but when I get up in the morning there is no hunger as if the body fed itself overnight. lol. Hope that makes sense.

the body feeds itself overnight? oooh. kinda makes sense in that I do actually have adequate energy to complete a workout the morning after a fast day

I guess the body is eating up its fat stores. It kinda reminds me of the grizzly bears that eat alot to put on fat then go into their hibernation sleep for months during Winter. lol
