Goals for November: 1. Move more: 300,000 steps = 10k x 30 days 2. Count all of my calories 3. Smile More I put my 300k goal on facebook and already have friends and family that have decided to join. I'll try to keep myself and others motivated and honest throughout the month of November. Hopefully, I will continue to move and out do my goals... Only about 290,000 more steps to go! I already hit the gym today.
