Hello All,
K my journey began during covid when I gained over 100+ lbs. I was 238lbs before and losing. Hahaha then no gym etc... anymore. When in to V.A and weighed in at a whopping 399lbs whew. That was 06/2021 weird my physiology was decent. How I ate and my supplements I took.
06/2022 to 05/2023 dropped a few 363lbs. Ate much better but not enough weight, weird numbers still not bad. But for me not good enough.
06/2023 began exercising in home more and limited delivery food.
But in 07/2023 to 08/2023 messed up. Started drinking whew(depressed i guess). Realized it and stopped and began a Keto diet. 09/04 weight 353lbs
I dropped a lot in the beginning. But still not feeling great.
So started the original Atkins again. In the late 1990s to early 2000s. Did great and felt great then so began again.
They now call it "carnivore diet" hahahahaha.
But same results in how I am feeling great. Began 11/04/2023. Felt so good joined a gym again 01/08/2023.

So thanks all conelfavordedios I well reach my goal weight. And continue this "better quality of life journey, woohoo!"
