Well, I totally binged with some falafel, a salad and a beer last night, but oddly, the weight is still coming down. It's another low-carb pizza night tonight and I will push myself to eat better today before dinner. 4/10 of a pound a day seems to be the average weight loss these days and I can definitely handle that. My husband is dissappointed that he's stopped losing any and he seems to be holding steady. Upon questioning him, he's just not eatting most all day until dinner and I keep trying to get him to understand he has to eat regular meals and take in enough calaries. We'll see.
