MorticiaAddams, thank you. I ended 1/31 A.M. also at 199.8 which was my goal. I started the month at 212, and made it my goal to be at pre-holiday weight by end of month. Next goal is to lose 10 more by end of March. Of course, February is our "birthday month" for 2 daughters, and March is a birthday for one of our granddaughters. So, I have to make it through those trips and celebrations.
