Since October 14, 2015 I have gone from 322 to 314. That's 8 lbs in 17 days. I have been using Garcia Cambogia for about a year and a half and that is when I started noticing consistent weight loss. I am never really strict with what I eat. I still have cravings.😕 But that is usually at night. I don't drink milk. My substitute is almond milk. I don't usually eat bread. I will eat butter and sugar,but I'm trying to limit those. I use real mayo and limit salad dressing. I had fast food yesterday at Rally's. I have been walking some. The doctor told me yesterday to stay off my feet due to a callous on the bottom of my foot. It's painful, so I must comply.
