Last week I did a quick teatox in order to start fresh, and today I managed to eat small portions of clean food.
No more processed, no more sugar. Also trying to shrink my stomach capacity.

Scale broke, so no weigh-ins for a while but I hope when I do buy a new one I wanna buy it when I feel results, so when I step on it, I'll see the new scale as a "friend" not an "enemy". Ahah. I'll make a rule to not ever see a bad number on it.
