GOD is a good GOD. Today marks another year in this world. As a child, I looked at my birthday as a day to receive gifts, cards and well wishes. Later, I would look at it as a reason to celebrate another year of my existence as if it was a milestone that I alone had accomplished. Years later, I began to understand that my birthday is a day to celebrate what my Mom and Dad had done in bringing me into this world and all they had done in my behalf. They were the ones who deserved the gifts and well wishes. I wish I could thank them face to face but that is not possible now, so I thank them is my heart. Another year older, I see another birthday as another reason to give thanks to GOD my Sustainer for all that I have and the souls that have touched my lifeā¦
On the FS side, I woke up this morning feeling fit and feeling better than I have in past years. I laid off getting in my steps for a few days because I was busy in other ways but did manage to eat well. It's all for the good...
