I have to go down to 125-126 pounds by November 6th. 7-8 pounds in 9 days. Weight just won't move anymore - that is, given the fact that I eat under 1400 calories per day, train 2-2.5 hours a day AND hit the treadmill in my lunch break. Ugh.
