I have been weighing myself every morning and marking it on a graph, it has been very interesting watching how my weight fluctuates even when my food intake remains stable.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 October 2015:
944 kcal Fat: 56.83g | Prot: 48.41g | Carb: 60.57g.   Lunch: Spinach Spaghetti (Cooked), Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef or Patty. Dinner: Black Olives, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Rotisserie Chicken. Snacks/Other: Abbey Bakery Pure Irish Butter, Smartfood White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn (1.5 oz Package), P.F. Our bodies are mysterious machines. I weigh every day also, but don't record except once a week. Daily is interesting, but you can't stress over the erratic numbers.

I do not stress over the numbers, in fact the exact opposite has happened. I can have a perfect day of eating and exercising, and still expect the scale to go up; because that seems to be the rhythm of my weight loss. I find if I eat some high calorie food and the weight doesn't go up the next day, that doesn't mean I got away with eating out off my plan, because the weight gain may not show up until two days later.
