Weight loss is slowing a little, but I'm increasing my exercise a little every day. little by little. I'm trying to lose one pound a week now. I think I can do it. Since January 1, I'm down about 5 pounds. that's good. It's been a year of successful weight loss. I've created many new habits I can use the rest of my life to succeed. I've got mystery things in my freezer. I'm going to start dethawing 🤣. it's kind of fun. I don't log everything I eat. It's nice to know that I can eat and not be a slave to the numbers. I know I need to focus on protein rich food first. Then. I can add fats like cheese, avocado, and full fat yogurt. 😋 I always pair my lean proteins with a little fat.
I think it's time for me to get a new scale. 🤔 I want the body fat on it. I know it's not that consistent but it will give me a general idea. I know what my body comp was when I was about 45 pounds heavier, so. it might be interesting. I know my scale is about 3 pounds under too. not that it matters at this point. So, stay warm today! 19F in GA.
