Just wondering do you log EVERYTHING like seasonings and things that have "0" calories? Like Skinny Syrups and Splenda.

I only log what presents calories, but not if it's 2 or 3 for a serving.
BUT read every label as it can be an eye opener what has a 'harmless' 20-30 calories

I don’t log vegetables. Otherwise, I round calories up as a compensation. For example, if my chicken contains 216 calories, I will log it as 220 calories

I do, just to help track other things such as; sodium, vitamins etc….just having a log to use as a cross reference for other medical things.

I log everything that has more than more than one or two calories. I especially focus on accuracy when logging proteins...
