I eat two banana protein muffins probably every day. Helps with the sweet tooth. I make them about every 3 days. One of my limited kitchen skills. I checked out hauteandhealthy i think i love that site thanks for recommending!

Those look yummy! Nice site with lots of great substitution ideas if you don't have everything on hand. Thanks!

@OTB - and warming them up in the microwave melts the chips a little and satisfies my sweet tooth!

@YOH - That is a good kitchen skill!! I need to get in the habit of doing this and having them on hand.

@Losingtown - I find recipes all the time and some are worth it and some are not. I made some Cottage cheese pancakes the other day that were worth keeping that recipe plus I love building them in the cookbook feature on FS so then when I make them again I can put them in my log right away.

@happycat-I would think almond flour would work also. I just had a big thing of oatmeal that I got by accident so trying to find things to use it for and grinding it into oat flour is helping!
