So I've tried so many times over the years to lose weight and never been successful for more than 2 weeks. This time I'm not telling anyone and waiting to see how much I lose before anyone notices. Feeling so full on 1200 calories a day, more energy, happier and healthier in myself and clothes already fitting better. Even though I'm a big girl I can see the difference already :D. Actually look forward to meal planning each night for the next day and am really enjoying food instead of just eating cos I "think" I'm hungry. I can even factor in a treat to my 1200 so I don't break my diet. I have a lunch date with a friend on the weekend and I've already pre-planned my day and exactly what I can order so I dont have to tell her and I can enjoy my time. So very happy I found this website/app! :D
