Since October you’re down 7lbs! That’s amazing Fatsinme! I do the same I think. Losing 2 lbs a month.  

Thank you, Chicago Ken, trying to get back to my pre holiday weight. Have to admit, it’s not all determination. Haven’t been feeling well and not logging like I should. You are doing great though. I love the way you experiment and change things up every now and then. I do that too 😊 

Yes it’s like tinkering on your sports car every day trying to get maximum performance. 🏎🏁
