Whew! Slacked off on the treadmill workouts last Thursday and Friday, promising myself to do it over the cold, nasty weekend because no way am I going out running errands in -34C. Instead, I did a bi of housework on the Saturday and then stepped on the treadmill on Sunday for my usual 30 min workout. It feels good when I'm done and I have a little bit of an exercise high afterwards, but sometimes it's so hard to get motivated to start. This morning I'll give it a miss too, but will do it Tues-Fri this week. Weigh in this morning was the same as last week---135 lbs---so thank goodness I didn't gain anything.
