I’m in a very vulnerable space lately. In addition to not walking, not drinking water, not doing PR exercises, not making good food choices I am also not stable mentally. The stress of having my VERY ill-behaved grandson in my care almost every day has got me totally frazzled. I’m calling tomorrow to see if I can go to a psychotherapist. I’m also calling to see if I can move up my psychiatrist appointment which isn’t supposed to be until 3/7. I need it before then. I’m hoping they can give me a medication adjustment that will enable me to cope with this terrible behavior. I was at a breaking point last night! Ok, going to bed before he gets here!
