This is going to have to be a journey based on how I feel and maybe measurements because the scale is showing nothing... I havent measured yet. But I feel better, I can make it to later in the day without crashing + sleep is amazing. I'm disappointed because other people lose alot when they start here nothing is happening with me. I'm not discouraged and I know I just need to keep on.

My numbers will stand still for a long while and then drop again. My measurements gives me a more accurate reading. I am taking this as the new way of life and is in no hurry to get anywhere. Day by day I am getting less obese and feeling better. Never compare yourself to others... We are all different with different issues and bodies.

I feel you on this. It takes forever for the scale to move. Rather focus on what you see and how you feel.
