Ok, besides my challenging Tuesday, I've managed around 1800cal/day this week. better than last week. Maybe the upcoming week I'll be able to drop it to 1600. I don't think I'll lose on 1800, but maybe with all the activity I could. Protein staying around 100g/day so I'm happy about that!
anyone have any fun plans this weekend or in celebration of Dr. King?
