Had a difficult food day yesterday. My trip on the Borders Railway went well but we went to a lovely restaurant, in Tweedbank, where I had their Sunday Roast. With Yorkshire Pud and roast potatoes. Add to that a Caramelised Banana Praline Parfait and by the end of the day I had exceeded my RDI by a fair margin. Ah well. Back on the straight and narrow today.

Hey JockoT, hopefully if there is any damage it will be minimal and with you being straight back to it, it may not even register x

Better one bad day than being over your RDI every day.... well done on getting straight back into it and good luck
