Made a Frittata for lunch with egg whites, TJ’s frozen fire roasted bell peppers and onions, spinach, Kalamata olives, and cheese (part-skim mozzarella + Swiss/Gruyere blend). Added salsa and avocado on the side. Approx 250 calories
