Delicious, but 4 with about 3 tbs of peanut butter were 420 calories😱 I could have eaten cake instead for the same. Funny how some things get labelled “healthy”

I absolutely love peanut butter (even the all natural brands, Santa Cruz is my favorite), but I can’t stop at 2 tbsp so I just don’t eat it. 😢 I love the apple cinnamon rice cakes but again I can’t eat less than 4 at a time🤦🏻‍♀️

I use pb fit so many less calories for snacks. I use the real peanutbutter for main things. I eat those rice cakes too but only have 1.

No guys, it’s not true. The reason there were too much of a peanut butter and too many of rice cakes. One cake with half of a teaspoon of butter would make a nice snack. The idea of healthy eating is to keep portions small with 2-3 hours in between meals. No refined or any added sugar. It all will lower your insulin level and you will lose fat🤗

That’s awesome for all the people that can eat one rice cake and feel satisfied. More balanced and higher protein helps me. Tayis I’m not sure how to even spread 1/2 a teaspoon😂 I think there’s a mental thing with eating more of the “healthy” snacks. You know eat just a bite of cake to keep calories low, but I was surprised each rice cake is 35 cal. They’re like nothing to me

Oh, I can finish the entire bag and still feel some hunger. I try not to eat snacks as a main meal.

Eat the same thing, with the same amount of peanut butter, as a whole meal, then, maybe? (If that works for you. I don’t know you lol).
