Trying to incorporate what I know into what I can do. I have some soups made up, lots of frozen vegetables, not a lot of food prep planned. First I made a list of what I have in the fridge, and I will probably bake up some bread at some point because I have yeast. I have a sourdough starter but that's a pain in the neck to use. I think if I get a hankering for bread, I will make pancake and some fruit compote made with the frozen stuff I have. Going by 3 ideas this week: eat what I like and add in nutrition, like the pancakes and fruit. Get in 20 to 25 grams of fiber per day, and 50 grams of protein. That is it, just 3 ideas to stick to. Might exercise but might not. So, any ideas for rhubarb, pomegranate seeds, or date paste? Nothing complicated though. Happy Monday!
