i tryed really hard to match my usual 30g of protein with 2 eggs 1 egg white more then a cup of spinach, low fat cheese bacon, plus onion and mushrooms! yay no gross protein drink today!

That looks delicious! I can't handle those protein drinks and my doctor doesn't like them. Doesn't believe in drinking calories.

I am not a fan of protein either! But I just bought vital protein (flavorless) and love it! I do Macha Green Tea powder with vanilla almond milk (Unsweetened ) and a little ice and one Splenda and it’s really good. I alternate with frozen blueberries a half of a frozen banana and the same milk with a little water. It more calories but super yummy. You honestly can’t taste the protein powder.
