Day 114. Today begins the 5th month of my journey. I can honestly say being able to log the food journals and personal journals on this site has allowed me to maintain focus. I have not eaten at a fast food restaurant or eaten even one slice of pizza in the past 4 months. I am close to losing 6 inches of my waistline. I feel better. Here is to the next 5 months! Eye on the prize everyone! One day at a time!!

Do you ever take a day and just don't want to freaking log. I can skip a day and not cheat but not two

You will see gaps in my log. I have also reduced my journal entries to once a week. I figured people didn't want to see the same old everyday. No log days are days that I ate things that I did not know how to log. I define cheating as over indulgence in foods that I used to eat that got me in the situation I am in. That being said, I have not stepped foot in any fast food restaurant , eaten any chicken wings , ice cream or had any pizza in 4 months. I am to the point now where I don't miss it.
I eat a lot of raw vegetables, and I also try to eat something every 4 hours during the day so I never feel "starved" I found in the past , that is when I was inclined to "cheat"
