Less than stellar food choices yesterday toward the evening.This happens sometimes.Very busy and going in 1000 different directions. My main goal, as always is more burned than consumed. Loaded up with good food today, planning on a nice run tonight and some walking today as well.

Oh yeah, got to toss another old belt out. Weight is steady but inces seenm to be still inching down a bit. Im cool with that.
