I don’t do Xmas! Last 15 years avoid it completely! Hate the waste and commercialism, also all the trees to wrap something! Not for me!

I didnt track over Xmas, just enjoyed the season, weight no doubt went up, but there's 50wks to fix that

I didn't have Christmas because I was ill with covid. Good for weight loss, bad for fun. Nonetheless Christmas dinner took a week to lose.

it was a wobbly 6.8kg for me , but tbh most of it is water rentention through excess salt and sugar . It will come back off in no time ;) . Good luck this year :)
