Made protein powder pancake this morning with toasted hazelnut flour instead of almond and a tbsp of unsweetened coconut. Yum. I think it needs a bit more coconut though. Ground hazelnuts have about half the carbs of almonds according to FS, so total win! I didn't change the recipe so my diary reflects almonds. But still.

I've been forgetting to weigh-in. This morning I have popped back up to 165 so I'm not recording it. Since I haven't been weighing I don't know if it is a fluke or a real rise. I've been eating on plan so I'm saying fluke.
