The power of tracking. Was fixing an anxiety-fueled, go-for-it bowl of oatmeal, but added it up and didn't like the numbers. Cut the raisins and walnuts by 1/4 and added in a Tbsp of hemp seed so I had a little more protein & fewer calories

Looks great! I prefer craisins, but still looks amazing. Try fresh or frozen blueberries, their lower calorie and high in fiber.

I, too, make minor adjustments to maintain a certain CICO. I’m trying to tweak my fat intake some. I’ve recently cut back on my blue cheese crumbles and my wasabi almonds. I replaced with rice and beans. Can still enjoy the taste of my favorites but cutting back some on the amount. Luckily, with blue cheese, it’s a strong flavor so, don’t need much of it.

Thanks, liv and Morticia 😊 Sadly...it was a decent start, but I blew it at the office 😫 I'm trying to hand off projects and have a big fear of leaving a mess for others to clean up. I was worrying about everything that could go wrong with my biggest project over the long weekend, so I was a walking ball of anxiety yesterday. Feeling better today. Also will be at home today, so fewer temptations and triggers
