Ok trying again. On 10/21/23 I started mounjaro 7.5 with my weight being 238 lbs. I always fluctuate between 238 and 241. I did 7.5 for 3 weeks then moved to 10. My current weight is 227-228. My weight loss really only happened first week or 2 so I’m now going to start counting calories. Goal is 175 minimum but 150 is high school weight so that’d be great too! I’m very sedentary and now that I see a bottle of Chardonnay is around 650 calories I need to cut back on the wine!
