Amira Loses 's Journal, 14 December 2023

Scale is still exactly 162 so haven’t seemingly lost anything for days but since the 5 of Dec my inches have gone down by 2 so I know there is progress. Still eating just mostly meat and very low carbs and 10 days in to this way of eating.
Measurements:
Waist: 34 inches (down .5)
Belly: 37 inches (down 1)
Hips: 42 inches (down .5)

keep doing what you are doing it will eventually move. Add more protien and drink lots of water and even green tea is good for helping with weightloss.
