Scale is still exactly 162 so haven’t seemingly lost anything for days but since the 5 of Dec my inches have gone down by 2 so I know there is progress. Still eating just mostly meat and very low carbs and 10 days in to this way of eating. Measurements: Waist: 34 inches (down .5) Belly: 37 inches (down 1) Hips: 42 inches (down .5)
