Cool. I lost. get worried that I'll have to live up to people's expectations when they've noticed. Remember it's not to please others but to eliminate overweight as a reason for any of my health problems.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
