I had a good week, I lost 4.8kg. What a high. I keep feeling that I have to celebrate. Usually, I would have celebrated by rewarding myself with food. Now I'm suffering from cravings. It's all in the mind. That's why you have to be so careful when you're on a weight loss journey. It's so easy to self sabotage.

I just wonder what's your diet structure like (calories and macros) in order to lose this much 🤔 that maybe I can learn from

Well I keep to 1500 calories a day. That's all I monitor. I didn't cut anything out. And I walk with my dogs every day. I keep it as simple as possible at the moment. As time goes by I'll have to make adjustments but for now that's all I'm doing.

Well I drink water and try to stay busy. It's not easy but I just told myself I have to change. I follow a guy called Chris Terrell on Tiktok and his podcast for motivation that really helps me.
