Nick, is every meal you eat 100% healthy? I chose a sandwich & chips for dinner because it's been a busy week, I worked out at the Gym earlier & I was tired & not in the mood to cook a big meal. We had a big Protein shake when we got home, just a couple of hours before dinner.
