I am desperately failing to get back on track! I’ve been weighing consistently heavier over the past couple of weeks and going in the opposite direction. And I’ll then suddenly have a burst of motivation for one meal but then again go back to the norm. Today at lunch I had an omelette and asparagus but all afternoon i have been thinking about chocolate! And yesterday I ate a healthy dinner at a reasonable time (7-7.30pm) but then was up until late so got hungry and had a cheese sandwich and a hot chocolate at 11.30pm 🤦🏻♀️ honestly i dont know how to get back on track now that its dark and cold and im always soo busy studying 😭
